What to do if we have followed the instructions of the supposed technical service? 1- First of all, disconnect the affected computer from the network. This will ensure that remote access is cut off. 2- We must uninstall any programme that we have installed as instructed by the supposed technicians. 3- Scan the affected computer with a complete antivirus tool to eliminate any possible malware. 4- Change the passwords stored on the computer. 5- In the event that a payment has been made, we will consider the option of cancelling the card used to make the payment. 6- Finally, we will report the fraud to the State Security Forces and Bodies to try to put a stop to this type of fraud.
