Microsoft is determined to revive its app shop to put it on a par with the rest, but that first involves a thorough facelift.
The Windows App Store is a no man’s land, even though it’s part of Microsoft’s ecosystem, it’s still a place where almost no one searches for apps. It’s not convenient and the design is more than dated, although this can also be said of some parts of the Windows 10 interface.
However, Microsoft doesn’t want to give up and is planning a complete revamp of the Windows App Store. This facelift would happen to create it completely from scratch.
As for the design the one that could be expected to reference Sun Valley or, at least, this would be the logical one.
This aesthetic is the great visual update of Windows and something that many users take waiting, it is possible that these changes arrive of the hand. But we don’t know for sure and all we can do is wait.
