Cyberattacks is a problem to which all users are exposed, since despite not being billionaires or having super-confidential information, we are all potential targets for cybercriminals.
The U.S. also recommends it. But it is not only the Prime Minister of Australia who affirms the effectiveness of this method of protection, but a few years ago the National Security Agency of the United States (NSA), recommended regularly restarting the mobile phone for the same reason.
The recommendation was rather to do weekly reboots, but as things stand with this issue, where hundreds of cyberattacks occur every day, your device will be safer if you do it every night.
